And that's how Noa's FIRST joke started. I was doing some scrapbooking and Noa was bouncing on my bed. He stopped, walked over to me and said, "Where did yo' sister go?" (yes he said 'yo'). I said "I don't know??" and he replied, "To yo' MAMA'S house!!...BWAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA". I couldn't help but giggle. He then asked, "Mom, do you know what a joke is?" and I told him that I did. And then he said, "I love jokes". HEHE
Oh bless his little heart. My bubba got his first report card today...can I just say I am such a proud mama? Noa got ALL 4's (Which means he mastered that subject/skill) and he also got all S's (satisfactory) for other areas like "Obeying class rules", "Being obedient", and things like that. I swear I smiled so big my cheeks started to hurt!
I'm so grateful to have such an awesome kid. Not only is he smart and good looking, but he's FUNNY too! I love you bubba! I am most definitely looking forward to watching him grow up. Every day he never ceases to amaze me with how smart, talented and kind he is. He is such a big helper to all of us and such a respectful kid. I vow to support all of my kids in anything and everything they choose to do. Now, for the sake of my husband, I hope it's football that he chooses to pursue (while in school of course)...BUT if he so happens to choose ballet or to be in the school play, please believe we will be in the front row with blinged out posters cheering him on anyway!
